I received a letter from Phonebox:

"As you requested transferring your number to another carrier, we tried to generate the account number for you. However, Rogers has informed us the phone number is under pending port out request. It seems that you have already attempted to port out your number on the carrier that you're transferring to. When your line is tagged as pending port out, Rogers is not able to make further progress due to the duplicate requests. In order for us to provide you with account number, we kindly ask you to cancel your port out request on another carrier. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will be happy to assist you further through your port out process. Please get back to us once you have canceled it on your end."

You will need to contact Rogers at: 1-888-764-3771.

Also contact the PM moderator at the SIMon chat bubble and ask to contact the moderator.

No idea if you're talking about porting to/from Rogers to/from Phonebox

 

Here's all I could find from their website - good luck!!!

 

8. PORTING OUT

If you wish to port out your phone number to another carrier you should inform PhoneBox prior to terminating your account and making the switch. You should email PhoneBox at services@gophonebox.com or call PhoneBox’s toll free number 1-855-886-0505 for more details. Due to the nature of our services it can take 3-5 days to port out a phone number as we have to receive it from the carrier.

this is another issue unrelated with the original problem on this thread?  If so, you should start your own new topic

 

So, what are you trying to do here?  Are you trying to port out your number from Rogers?  Where to?  PM or Phonebox?
