I don't have full service on my old SIM so I can't receive any incoming calls from either sim. PM please help

I signed up on the 18th... but still no service...

@lemonflavour Tough spot.

 

Call your old number, if it goes to voicemail you can at least retrieve your messages. It's not clear if the PM SIM is providing any service. In any case suggest you consider the ideas here:
