So even since I start using public mobile many times my phone automatically calls the emergency number and then I have to explain to them that it was my phone problem, I did not call and I do not have emergency and have to give my information, I searched in my phone but could not find any option to turn it off. Please help.

Is there any app dial 911 triggered by a event on your phone?

I have those enabled but still not working.

A speed dial set to 911 being engaged?
A button on the side set to an option of dialing 911?
My Samsung A31 has an SOS option.

YES sir, it calls 911 randomly and I did factory reset but the result is the same.

Are you saying that your phone dial 911 by itself?
Backup you phone and do a factory reset. A fresh start may fix the issue.

I assume you are calling 911. i really can't see how its a Public mobile issue.
do you have a screenlock /pin enabled? if not maybe that will help. or a case with a cover?
