Ordered SIM to join public mobile but havent received it. It is been almost 3 weeks now.
Order # 166728. Please help.

If you go on the canada post website "track your order' type in your order number and it will ask you for your postal code it will tell you where it is, I tracked mine today and it says it will be here tommorrow good luck

I agree with the above posts, definetly reach out to a moderator. I had ordered my sim card on Saturday (Day of the 5gb promo) and just receieved mine today. Says you should receive it within 3-7 business days. Best of luck!

Definitely lost in transit.

According to this post, if you haven't received your SIM card ordered online within 7 days, then you should contact a moderator.
