I registered the 5G christmas reward but when I register the SIM card and using now, not yet has 5G adds to my account, my data will be consumed all soon. Do guys have the same experience? It said no prom code before and it would include in the plan but when?

Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.
