Thank you. I will check on it.  🙂

@cynthia_sahagun You could also go to store where you bought the sim and ask a seller to fix your interne problem. Worked for me.

Could also be that if a number was ported, the port is not complete. Use previous sim until it stops working which means port is complete. Insert PM sim to continue with service.

Hi. I can send text messages and can receive it. The Data just doesn't work when I am not home. Facebook , Messenger, and surfing do not work even if I open my Data.  We had done the Self serve at the store where we bought the SIM card. I will try your suggestions. Thanks so much! 🙂

WWelcome to PM @cynthia_sahagun what's the make and model of your phone ? And is your SIM working at all? If you know your telephone number and can receive text messages please set up your self service/ my account (if you haven't already done so) through this link  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/. You can then add an autopay credit card to save you $2 every 30 day cycle.

If your phone is unable to do any of this. Then contact the moderators and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket). Or contact them directly using this link https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

In addition to the suggestions posted you can also check to see if your account is active and credits posted to the service you signed up for.

What does not work?

Just data?

Does calls and text work?

Did you port a number from another company?

What kind of phone do you have?

Is it unlocked?

Check the APN settings on your phone for data.

Depending on the phone you have you may need to do a network reset or even a factory reset.  What type of phone do you have?  Here is a great site to help with the APN settings and how to change them for your particular phone.

Here is a great site to setup your APN and instructions on how to do it.  Find the APN Settings for Public Mobile here!
