Hi, I have a line with koodo prepaid plan, I want to stop using koodo and port my number from koodo Prepaid plan to one of my existing public mobile account. Could you please give me some direction on how to make this happen? Thanks!

To port from Koodo prepaid you need a moderator to do it for you. @Norm777 . Activate your SIM card with a temporary cell phone number and set up your self service account. This allows you to test your SIM and creates a safety net in case something goes wrong with the port.
Once you are ready to port Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.
