Porting my number

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I had a voicemail left on my previous provider (Freedom Mobile), telling me there was a problem porting my number over? And that I should contact the community? So here I am and what is my next step?

Before contacting the moderators, go into Freedom account and get account number. Don't use PIN or IMEI.
