Porting my number from Chatr

Hey there!
I just activated my SIM card with PM 12 hours ago. At the time, I ported my number over grom Chatr. Now my Chatr service works still and my PM service doesn't. Can I get some help with this?

@JonaBerri Use your Chatr SIM until it stops; do not cancel your Chatr account.

A friend of mine had ported from Chat-R and his port got stuck because he was given the wrong Account# by Chat-R . That case was a 50/50 port he would get service on both lines but would not receive calls on the PM sim. It sounds like your case is different. This is something the Mods might need to address.
