Porting issue

i received text saying porting successful. However incoming calls still goes to my old phone. Can mod help me?

If you want help from a moderator, you can send a private message  to Moderator_Team.

But for your porting issue, it could take a few hours for everything to work correctly. In my case it took about 2 hours. You can also try the following:

- restarting your phone

- powering off your phone and removing the SIM, then re-insert it

- go into your phone's Cellular network settings and manually selecting Public Mobile as your Network Operator
