Porting from Rogers Prepaid.

A couple of questions.

1. What is the completion time to port from Rogers to PM? Hours...Days??

2. Can you still port as part of the activation  process?

3. Or just better to take an PM number and have a MOD do the port later?

Well you know...I am old....and can't keep up with all of the inconsistent changes on porting.🙁

I just wish they would fix the fluctuating referral rewards. Like 1 number on your list = $1 off and if not it needs to be noted on your account.

@LurganIeUk : It has been a little back and forth, but currently...yes. Right now it's only Koodo prepaid and PC Mobile that need assistance.

Are you saying that if you activate and get a PM number and later want to port that you can now port through the Self Service and NOT have to contact a MOD??

  1. The port is supposed to complete within 2 hours but Rogers sometimes takes up to 4 hours.
  2. Yes you can port in upon activation.
  3. Personal preference. You may want to be sure all your pm services are working properly before porting in thru your self service account. The moderators are not needed.
