Porting # from Fido to PM

Hi everyone, 

 

I just joined PM this afternoon around 1:00PM. I provided all the info filling out the form for transferring my cell # at Fido to Public Mobile. Right now i still cannot get text messages from certain people. I can call them, but just cant text. I have tried restarting the phone and taking the sim out and put it back in. Everything i have googled and found on the forum is not working. Please help thanks!

It looks like that your port is stuck. You will need to contact moderator.  Include your Fido account number, account holder name and fido phone number in your message.  Expect 1-2 day wait though.  Hopefully, you can still use your Fido Sim card until your port gets completed.
