Port Failed since Friday

Have not been able to port my number since Friday. 

 

The public mobile temporary number is still active and koodo mobile number is active as well. 

 

Can you help me out please

You can also try the "Get Help" section. Click "contact us", then click the orange dot next to "SIM and Activation" then "porting", then follow the rest of the prompts. Hopefully your number gets ported soon. Smiley Happy

@baijuxp please send @Shazia_K a private message with:

 

- your PM SIM card number

- your Koodo account number

- your koodo phone number

- your name exactly as it appears on your Koodo statement or self-serve system.

 

Hopefully she can get this fixed up for you ASAP.
