@justin818 If you cannot be bothered to wait for the moderators, most companies, at least according to my accountant, will accept your credit card statement plus a printout from Payment History in your self-serve account.

I did not have to use the new verification link to get my statement, I only needed to provide the above in the first message.

Public Mobile self-serve does not have a user accessible billing statement generator. (Only transaction history for approximately 6 months or 1 year if you manually select) Nor do they send them to you without a special request. Most pre-paid mobile service providers do not give you statements so you will have to contact the moderator team to get your statements. We community helpers are other customers trying to help out with no system access and only a moderator will be able to access your account statements.

It can take up to 30 days to get your billing statement so be patient, however last time I requested it I got it in 4 days.
