Hi,

This issue has not been resolved and it is January now. Can you please give me a number to call so I can resolve it or put me in touch with someone who can help.

I want a full refund of $28.

If this is not resolved I am going to tell people not to use Public Mobile as it is too frustrating for words for this situation to continue and yo have so much trouble resolving it and having to take all this time.

The extra charge will go into Available Funds and be used for next renewal or any add ons you might want to buy. If a refund is desired, contact moderators.

@Jasy21  Did you select the plan change to take effect on your next renewal? If yes, then the first $50 will be used for the plan change and the remaining $50 will be used to renew your plan for the next 30 days after that.

If you still want a refund.

If the funds are showing on your account. They will be used for future payments.  If the mods were able to give you a refund it would probably take longer to receive it than to use it for your next renewal.

This seems like something your going to have to open a ticket for, they may even just give you a credit for next month. It may take them 48 hours but it doesnt seem like something that needs immediate attention
