Plan fees?

Hello folks, all of the plan fees have "30 days" written on them. Does that mean you only get that specific rate for the first 30 days and then it increases? Or is that the plan fee for each 30 days forward?

All service providers reserve the right to change their rates whenever they like. There are people here still on a plan from later 2016 that hasn't changed. We would see notice of plan changes announced here and then if you choose to renew with it then you've agreed to it.

Just to add to @Anonymous , we may not see a price increase announcement made we can only hope that they would do that.  As in the Service Terms it states that they only need to post on the plans page any price increases and they take effect 30 days from when they are posting.

Can the terms of service change?

Yes, Public Mobile has the right to change any of the terms of service, including rates, without notice. Changes become effective thirty days after being posted at publicmobile.ca/ plans. By purchasing service after a change is posted, including by continuing to top up your account, you accept the current terms of service. You can cancel service at any time, without penalty or cancellation fees.

Just to some balance to this discussion so as to not scare off prospective customers, this particular service term is used by every carrier brand in Canada with pretty much identical wording.  Customers have nowhere to hide.

@JlOfVfQW  That means the plan renews every 30 days. Plan amount stays the same and will not increase.
