Hello all, 

 

I have a question If I change the plan  middle of the month from 40$ to 50$. I have to pay the difference 10$ or entire 50$.  Please advice

@scmtql why do you want to change your plan? Maybe there are some options we can give you instead of changing your plan. You can add on what you need until your renewal comes up then you can change your plan at renewal by clicking on change my plan at renewal.

@scmtql  Public Mobile is strictly a prepaid service provider. It means that you prepaid for your $40 plan for 30 days. If you switch plans halfway to the $50 plan then you need to pay $50 and the new 30 day plan starts from that point on. The $40 is lost.

All PM plans are prepaid so it would $50 to change your plan

  You would better off to wait until you next renewal date to change.  You would lose any unused minutes/texts and data if change immediately.
