Phone number transfer problem

I attempt to transfer my phone number; however, I received a text stating that I entered the wrong IEM code.  I don't know what to do now.

I will Private Message you the Porting Phone Number, incase you can sort this all out this way. Although you are looking at tomorrow now, with the time of day, likely.

The first thing to do is re-insert your old carrier's SIM card. If at all possible, it's your old carrier's account number that should be used instead of IMEI. To correct the porting error, please open a ticket with a customer support agent by going to:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
