Phone number never ported over

Just signed up with public and when porting my phone number the text i needed to reply to confirm timed out.

 

Called the previous provider and they need public to re send a request to port the number over. How might i be able to request a port again

There isn't any way to call Public Mobile customer service. There is a Telus porting team, but Public Mobile advertises all supoort as being provided online.
