im wondering why phone is not registered on network

what is the issue.

please help

You'll have to get a new sim and start over again. Your old account looks like it's been closed for good.

Buy a new sim card and activate a new account is the only solution...choose a new phone number ..

When did you activate your PM plan in March 2019?

 

Let say, March 2.  I assume that you did not have autopay, your plan will be suspended on April 1, your first renewal date.  90 days after suspension(June 30), your account will be cancelled as @Lieux pointed out.

@Canadateam19How long was the plan from March 2019? 3 months? 1 month? IF it is 3 months you can see reload credits. Do you have a selfserve account etc?

More than 90 days you will need a new sim card and new number and new account with a different email...Smiley Sad

If you see NO SERVICE on your phone check if your phone is unlocked and the compatibility of your phone  here...https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

Which phone are you using?

Is your phone unlocked?

Is your account status active?

Is "Public Mobile" showing on your notification bar at top of your phone?
