Phone Service and data!

Lat month I paid for service by voucher..phone worked for calls but data lasted two days!...Paid again this month by voucher..Now phone service is not on at all!!..it sends me sa text saying my payment was successful..however did not turn my phone on!!..There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! and this is VERY IRRITATING..THINKING STRONGLY OF SWITCHING!!

@NovaNova1  Dial 611 and make sure your account is active. If not, follow the prompts to reactivate your account.

Try rebooting your phone. What plan are you on? Could it be possible that you ran out of data or minutes? Check your usage on self-serve.

@NovaNova1 try the lost/ stolen trick to reset your service.  From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5  minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone. 20200504_182846.jpg

 If this fails contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@NovaNova1- What plan are you on?  Could you be out of data?  Have you checked your self serve portal to see if data remains?

Try turning phone off then on again. Works now ?
