What did you do to replace the old SIM card in your PM account?

You should click on "Change SIM card" link on the overview page to change your account to use the new SIM card.  Double check to ensure no typo on the new SIM card serial number.  Good luck.

@miamid did you place your account on lost / stolen?  You have to remove it before you can reactivate your account. Once done, restart your phone. Turn it off,  wait 30 seconds and restart it. Stay safe.

Did you put in the correct sim number? Are you currently porting your number from a previous provider?

@miamid   Have you updated your account to the new SIM?  If not log in and select SIM change from the right hand side of the overview page and input the new SIM and restart your phone.
