Hi I have try to order a sim it tell me my postal code don’t match but they do. Also the $11.50 has come out of my bank already. Will it be ship out and will I receive an email saying it has ship? I NEVER got confirmation about anything but when I check my bank the payment was processed .

When it was Processing my bank payment it came back and said postal codes do not match. I found that weird so I went and checked my bank it is out of my account but I did not receive an email confirming that I purchased a Sim card. But it is clearly out of my accoun
