Online Order Status

Is there any way to check on an online order made for a SIM Card? I ordered a SIM card about 15 days ago and still haven't received it. I double checked my address on the confirmation email, and it is indeed correct.

If you want your sim earlier to get the bonuses available until dec 31. get another sim from amazon using prime for 5$

The sim is sold by public mobile and should arrive before dec 31 with prime.

Then you can gift the sim from PM whenever you do get it.

Must be a recent policy amendment..last summer, sister picked up her sim for the advertised "sale price". I think I recall it was $2.99 then.

these guys have PM sim cards with fast FREE shipping. If you live in the GTA area, you can make arrangements for curbside pick-up too.

When your original sim shows up you can gift it to a friend or family member.

There use to be a way to track the SIM card orders, but supposedly not anymore.  With Canada post and the XMAS holidays, the wait times are generally 2-3 weeks.  Give it another week and if still not receive the SIM card, contact moderator.

If you look at recent posts of customers inquiring about their sim card delivery, expect a minimum of  3 weeks for delivery at this time of year. You will need to contact a moderator to see when your card was mailed out.
