Number porting

I have still waiting for my number porting over 24hrs. And try to submit a ticket, the system will not allow me to submit even I enter my name, previous account number, and phone number for porting. I do not know what to do.

Where are you porting from ? If a landline..that could take several days.

If you are having hard time with ticketing process, you can directly private message moderator.

(might take a bit longer for response)

It is a cell phone number. And subscribed yesterday from London drug.
