Number Didn't Port Correctly

Hello, I recently "ported" over from Rogers but it didn't go smoothly.  I just spoke to Rogers who confirmed my number was still with them and I am still paying them.  As for Public Mobile, I can send texts to my friends who use Public Mobile but nobody else.  I can make calls but I don't receive any.  Please help!

Thanks for the reply!  Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.  I am ready to ditch Rogers! lol

Sounds like you're stuck in the middle of a port and Rogers hasn't received the request from PM yet.

 

Your Rogers SIM should still work while the porting issues gets sorted out by the MODS.
