No signal after activating sim

Hi

i am in Whitby Ontario, and just activated my sim.. but i am not getting any signals. live chat assistance ask me to write here.. any help?

just restarted the phone and it worked!

phone : POCO X3 NFC 6GB/128GB variant

Try removing your sim and reinstall it.  If you have another try swapping your sim to see if it works.

Is there any error message displayed on your phone's screen?  Which phone model did you have?  I assume that it has both UMTS 850 and 1900MHz as those are needed for vocie service. The first thing to try is to restart your device.
