Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Bought and activated  sim card 2 hours ago from Walmart. Can't make calls,texts, no data. Please help.

@lawontarioI would suggest don't do anything and just wait for the Moderators to respond. Your SIM card has not be provisioned properly on Public's end and requires them to do it manually. It sucks but that's why Public is so cheap, you get what you pay for. If you are in a rush, just move to Koodo, they are better equipped in the customer service dept. Think about this as the bare bones economy economy DIY class.

Moderators seem to be a bit backed up right now, so you'll need patience, it might be a little while before they respond.

 

I don't know if this will help in your situation but maybe try topping up your account with one dollar and then restart your phone.  Sometimes this will do a reset on the account.

Is your phone unlocked? Did you check your phone compatible with PM? Did you pick new number or port previously number to PM?

In addition to what @hairbag1  suggested, just try to reboot your phone also.

When you log into My Account, does it show as Active ? Did you confirm that your phone is unlocked and not blacklisted ?
