Just got a sim card actavated yestuday and in my tablet dual sim it won't gain single but in a phone connects right away without restarting the phone I've restarted the tablet about 20 times the past two days

That's what I thought by it has all the features for it preinstwlled

@Dubie420666 Get the specs for your tablet. 

PM's network frequencies are:

  • 4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink with 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).
  • HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).

Ok the tablet can't read your sim? If it's the problem you need to verify first the compatibility of the tablet with public mobile...

Imei not found there se78 I'm 99%  sure but im certain it had the range of 4g at least before I bought it

No it was bought off aliexpress from China

If your sim is working in your phone but not in your tablet it's something with your tablet...Did you use it with a different company before?
