No response when clicking "Choose a new phone number"

Hi

 

I am trying to activate my second SIM with new phone number. But it seems no response when I select "Choose new phone no".

 

However, if I choose transfered from other, it does give me option.

 

Do I require mod to help on this as well? I tried different browser, still the same.

 

Any help is appreciated.

@jfmartel I tried chrome firefox and IE, all  the same result.

when you opened the browser, the initial data should already be less than 11 characters.

If you have any special caracter, you might want to remove them too.

check if your first name is more than 11 characters there is no validation when activating a sim but there is when editing your profile after your account is created.

You can try to shorten your first and last name (below 10 caracters).
