No incoming calls

Hello, I just switched my mom's phone over from roger's to public mobile. Evereything went good, except the phone is not receiving incoming calls. I noticed on other threads that maybe information wasn't transfered over properly? I could use some assistance as soon as possible please and thank you.

It's been about 6 hours now since i switched everything over.

how long has it been?

couple of hours is ok

you can try giving call to telus port support

use the old sim until it's complete

For starters..cycle phone off / on a couple times.

A port can take up to 4 hours to complete although not likely.  If it has been longer you will need assistance.  

You will need the assistance of the Moderators and to do that you will need to create a Trouble Ticket.  Click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.

 

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)
