No cell phone service in the Netherlands

Mylavw

I just bought a new plan, because my old one expired. I am travelling in the Netherlands, and I do not have any service here.  Is this normal or how can I fix this? Thank you!

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not offer service anywhere but Canada and the United States.  If you require phone service, you'll have to activate a service from a company there.

Yes it is normal since PM does not have any international roaming options. Your best bet is to find a local provider and purchase a SIM/short tem prepaid package with them to get around.

@Mylavw, get a local sim card, as Public Mobile doesn't have any roaming services other than to the US.
