I activated my SIM today, but when I put the SIM in the phone, I have no service.

The p500h, while made a number of years ago, is compatible.

I used to have that phone. It works here (3G only maybe? iirc). LG phones may need a full factory reset.

insert your PM SIM into the phone, in the phone  settings- make sure the SIM is ON, reset the phone completely. Go to the PM website and create your account as they ask, after everyhting should work

Make sure your phone is unlocked.

Check your IMEI#.

I don't get any error message when I put the SIM card in the phone.
