$12 sounds like you got credited for the $10 referral and $2 auto-pay. There should be another two dollars showing under My rewards next to auto-pay that would be credited for your 2nd payment at next renewal due date.
As for your 2nd 30 days free. Did you enter your email address in the link that was given to be eligible for it?..if so people have until October 2nd to activate the sim cards and only after that the credits will start being applied for 2nd 30 days free.
The terms say within 30 business days of activating your sim but before next renewal the credit will be applied. So check your account around October 10th or later for that credit.
It will be used for 2nd payment due date leaving your available balance with $14. The $12 you currently have in there plus the $2 autoplay reward under your My rewards section that will be credited to the account balance at payment due date.
