New customer - problems to activate plan. PIN not working

Hello! I am new customer, bought the $50 plan, but I do not know what is happening because internet is not working and I can not make calls, it says that the plan needs to be activated, however I bought everyrhing on wednesday, april 18th.

I appreciate if somebody could check what is wrong with my profile or my PIN.

@hperacio, are you able to login to the account you set up to see its status.  Judging from the description, it sounds like the account set up may not have been successful.  I suggest sending a private message to the moderator team and have them investigate things for you.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.  Good luck and welcome to Public Mobile.
