Hello,

 

I am trying to activate SIM but it doesnot go through..

Can moderator help me to activate?

I second @Luddite's suggestion.  

I have helped a number of friends recently with several activation and ports and I use incognito mode in Chrome or Private window in Safari with 100% success rate.  Good luck!

@jaspreetkaurt Try this before contacting the moderators:

- clear your browser's cache, and then restart the browser in Privacy/Incognito mode.  - alternately, use another browser (again in Privacy/Incognito mode), and try the entire process again. 

- if you get a SIM already used/assigned error, wait a few hours, and try again (if the SIM is locked in a server side cache, it will clear itself out eventually).

@jaspreetkaurt  you posted to an old thread.  it is usually best to start new topics.

 

can you provide more information on your issue,  what part of the process are you at?  what is the error message?
