TRIED THAT STILL GOES DIRECT TO VM

@Alex799- Did you try to transfer your old number in? Did you leave your old sim in to confirm the transfer? Does your old service still work?

@Alex799 for voice receiving problem, try to change your preferred network to 3G Only or WCDMA Only

  If you have  another phone around, try to put your PM SIM there.  That can confirm it is not a device problem as well as trigger a sim re-provision and it could resolve your issue

IM HAVE SAME ISSUE TEXT IN & OUT WORKS BUT WONT RECEIVE CALLS GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL NO RING ON THE PHONE ?? WHAT TO DO ??

@Tamermakar

Is the number coming from a VOIP or landland company? Those transfers take longer. If the number is coming from a cellular carrier,  porting has failed.  Most likely the account information provide was incorrect.  You can try again by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

and then typing "port request".
