How long is your account in suspended status?
If it is over 90 days, you account will be closed. It is too late to reactivate your account. You needa new SIM card to activate a new plan.
If it is less than 90 days, add fund to your account for your full plan price and click on the reactivate my plan link on the overview page after login to your self-serve account.

@JeanineMHudson More info please, however, you cannot reactivate a SIM card. You can reactivate your account if it has been suspended for less than 90 days @ http://selfserve.publicmobile.ca.
