I've just insert my sim card. I can't make any phone call or receive any phone call and sms.

here's an initial step to see if your phone is compatible with Public Mobile. Enter a few bits of information, then it'll tell you if the phone will work here...https://willmyphonework.net/

When did you sign up? Did you just port in or open a new account? Is your phone compatible with the network? Is it unlocked? Not listed as lost/stolen?

What plan are you on? Does your account show active in self serve?

What happens if you call yourself? What happens if someone calls you? What happens if you call 611? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off? Re-inserting sim? Inserting old sim (if you ported)? Manual network search does what?

You're going to have to provide us with all the details if you want some help.
