My rewards did not reflect on my 1st bill and no data connection via public mobile data.

Hi.

I just joined public mobile.

 

I referred 4 friends and also setup auto pay. 

No sure why my first billing showing $35, but I got SMS mentioned about $2 autopay reward and $4 refer friends reward and I should have 4 referrable credits ($40) but none of it apply to my first payment. 

 

2nd problem : I cannot access to internet via my public mobile data at all. No connection.

but I can access it via free wifi or home wifi.

 

3rd probem : I referred my friend, she is using $15 plan and also did not see the $2 reward credit on the 1st statement as well. 

 

Please kindly guild me to the write steps to get all resolve, thanks.

Some additional info:

1st problem - If you just joined, eveyone pays the full price for the plan when they join.

Your credits will be applied towards your first renewal in 30 days.

 

3rd problem - You referred your friend. Your friend gets a one time $10 credit for joining. Your friend does not get a re-occuring credit unless s/he signs-up for AutoPay or refers other friends.

Here my setting, and it is resolved.

1st disable my Wifi setting and enable mobile data
Asus Zenfone 5Q
Settings , Network & Internet, Mobile Data(enable)
Access point names, Public Mobile then click on + to add
the APN setting.

Thanks for helping, it is working now. To enable public mobile data is not easy I bet for 

none technical person, and I already got the setting and thanks for all helping me 

and replied me, thanks and appreciated a lot !!!!

You need to configure your phone to use data.

  • Settings
  • More
  • Access Point Names
  • New APN Settings

You need to input the APN as noted above.

What brand and model of phone do you have ?

Problem 1 - Yes . I did sent ticket to a moderator.

When you log into your account - under rewards - do you see the $2 autopay reward and referrals ?  If you do and they were not applied then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

 

2nd problem : What do you mean - did you setup the PM APN settings ?

 

I just disabled my home wifi and enable the data on my phone.

Step : Disabled wifi, click on Data Usage, and select Mobile data. 

and still no internet connection via my public mobile data. Thanks.

@chinee899, on initial activation, there are no rewards.  If you enable auto pay during the activation process, you will get a "deferred credit" of $2 which shows up as account funds.  As for referrals, they will show in the rewards tab and become available to pay for subsequent referrals so long as those referrals maintain an active account.

 

With respect to data, check the APN settings on your phone. The APN settings are as follows.
