Earlier this week there was a bug with Autopay and people having their terms renewed early. it was fixed, but I wonder if your issue might be connected.

@exceptions that's weird.  Send a private mesage to the moderator, they should help clarify everything.

I started with 10$ call and text plan. since January 2019.

on April 05 I can see it has been converted to 25$ plan, without my knowledge.
