My number not able to receive oversea text message since last month

Hi Support,

 

my number (***-***-****) not able to receive oversea SMS. Can help to check what's wrong?

You dont have to care the code is working or not, i am not able to receive the code. Thats the problem!! I hate to post problem to the forum. It's not customer service at all.

@simonwu1981 Does your plan include global texting or just Canada wide texting?

Has this particular verification ever worked?

Verification code is a 6 digit number with English characters, and i don't understand what relationship between my old plan <> public mobile =(. I transferred my number from roger to public mobile.

Couple of other possibilities:

- some verification texts use short codes not supported by Publuc Mobile

- you have an old plan with just Canada wide texting

The bank system will send a verification code for each transaction, and i was able to received SMS since june.

I need to ask the obvious....

Are you sure the person sending the text is able to send SMS to Canada?

* Detailed explanation
