@chinee899  Can you make calls? Send Texts? Connect to the PM network? If not, then check your SIM. Maybe call your number from another phone to make sure your number wasn't ported out.

@chinee899, hello fellow Asus owner! I have the Asus Zenfone 3 Max, got my dad the Asus Asus Zenfone 4 and my mom, the 6. Great phones. On that note,

  1. go to your 'Network & Internet
  2. Click on Dual SIM card settings,
  3. Click OK to a pop-up message
  4. And make sure Sim card is correctly selected. You have either Sim 1 or 2
  5. Scroll down a bit, and make sure you see Data Service Network Sim? (available)
  6. Go back a step, and now select Mobile Network
  7. Make sure the correct Sim is selected as per above
  8. Change the Preferred network type to by 2G/3G/4G
  9. And slide the slider to data-enabled.  If this is currently on, slide-it off. and leave it off.
  10. Restart phone
  11. And then try it out

@chinee899 If you cannot enable Cellular Data on the phone nothing PM can do will help.

If is this a dual SIM phone make sure you looking for the settings of the correct SIM slot.

@chinee899 try changing your settings as follows:

APN type: default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri,dun
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F

Have you tried your drop down menu to enable mobile data? And please check your plan to see if you have used up all your data. If you can enable data, try sending/ receiving an mms message. If this works, your APN settings are correct. Thanks
