My account is not working

The "my account" link just takes me to a blank page. I've tried a variety of modes (e.g. incognito) but it just takes me to a blank page

I did not do anything other then waited like 10 min and now it works!

I just signed up another account and it was doing that for me as well. I just waited a few minutes and tried again and had no problem signing in and setting up another account.

This is a new (temporary, we hope) bug but I was able to bypass the blank screen by closing and reopening chrome incognito.

I have been having the same issue, I tried incognito, chrome and firefox on my laptop and then tryied it on my phone as well, everything just leads to a blank page!

Thanks all. Closed chrome and reopened incognito >> ok.

But with normal settings, still a whiteout. We'll see the state tomorrow before recognizing it as an official new bug, I guess.

Edit:  Interestingly, it worked until I tried incognito mode where all the cached stuff is left behind.  Now mozilla says the SSL certificate is bad.  This used to happen a lot.  I guess this bug has not been totally dealt with or perhaps new strain. 

English self-serve is kinda back now. Works with Firefox browser for me, but not Chrome.

 

Looks like both desktop versions (English and French) were down.
It's either mini maintenance in progress or crash?

 

The mobile version was working and did not seem to be affected.

 

Thank goodness my phone service is working as usual.

I just logged into the self serve page using Chrome with no problem.

I logged in couple of hours ago with no problems
