Multi Media not Working

I have the $50 plan. My text and calling is working but I cannot send pictures. Any advice?

@harmonyreynolds Sending pics can count as data used if you use the wrong app or if the app is set the wrong way.  A regular text messaging app is fine, but using Facebook or Skype usually counts because they send the pics by regular internet.

a) Check the pictures size; perhaps too large.

b) Confirm you still have data available by logging into your account.

c) Confirm data is working for other apps.

d) Check that your APN settings are correct by visiting https://apn-canada.gishan.net/.

 

What make/model is your phone?

@harmonyreynolds  Data must be set to on and check your APN settings the APN Type must contain mms in order to be able to send mms.

@harmonyreynolds Check your APN settings. Make sure to match it with the one found here: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en

Also make sure you have data turned on.

Is your data working properly?  

 

Make sure that your data is turned on and also working properly for MMS (picture) messaging to work properly. 

 

Can check your APN settings also:
