@OvidiusMaximus ok well hopefully they will contact you soon it shouldn't take more than 2days most times its alot less than that I know its alot quicker in your account under change phone number

What exactly doesn't work? Did you try with a different browser or on incognito mode?

If you are porting a Koodo prepaid number, send a private message to moderator to port your number.

 

Otherwise, your can use the self-serve portal to port your number to PM.

[Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ]
