What info did you supplied to port your number?
Your Lucky number must be active during porting.
You need Lucky account number, name on your Lucky account and the Lucky number to be ported.
If you want, you can create a moderator support ticket for help now using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

There are 8 moderators online at the moment. Judging from the activities on this forum today. You may get a response later today. Latest tomorrow morning. YMMV

May take up to 48 hours, hopefully not that long
My personal experience is about 2 hours
Be by your alternative phone number they may call you if info is missing
