Locked out of my account, can't reset

I would agree with you but something is broken with this functionality. It should only lock you out for a short period of time (like an hour) and then you should be able to retry.  I've been trying, periodically, for 2 days, to get back in or at least get it to send me a password reset.

There is something off, about their system, though, and I've sent a PM to the mods yesterday early morning to address this.

@CS_Agent  Mods can you please look at this right away? More and more of us are getting locked out of our accounts because who-knows-why!

Locked out usually means that they've tried to log in a bunch of times until eventually the system locks you out. Standard security/hacking/fraud prevention.

It usually also means that they can't use the forgot your password link.

So they need the moderator.

We are all customer like you and cannot unlock your account.

You need to send a private message to MOD and explain your situation. Wait time is a hours up to 48 hours.
