I tried to log into my account and I am locked out. How can I reset it as it won’t allow me.

Same thing happened to me yesturday. I tried the reset password link, and it appeared to be sucessful, but I never did receive the email, so that system may be broken. What I ended up doing is using the question mark in the lower-right part of the site and asking to reset my password, which connects you with a moderator. About 12 hours later, a moderator had reset my password, and I was back on my way.

Need to press on question mark icon in right lower corner of website. Ask SIMon your question and start the ticketing process.
