LTE data is not working (Sony Xperia XA1 Plus)

Good evening Community, 

                                         You can call me Koal. I am new to Public Mobile, and I'm in need of some assistance. Your help is GREATLY appreciated. I just purchased the unlocked Sony Xperia XA1 Plus smartphone, and transfered my PM sim card from my older device, a BLU Vivo 5 into my new device. I am on a Canada Wide Unlimited talk, and international Text + 3GB of 4G LTE data plan. My services worked perfectly fine with my older phone, and even with an alternative Sony Xperia of a different model; before purchasing this recent Xperia XA1 Plus device.  Calls, text messaging, wifi works perfectly fine on my new phone. Data however just will not work. I checked the Bandwidths specs and it is as follows for this Xperia XA1 Plus model: LTE-A Cat 6 (300/50 Mbit/s), HSDPA+ (4G) 42.2 Mbit/s, HSUPA 5.76 Mbit/s. Bandwidths: B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B8, B20.
I have gone into the mobile data settings; then discovered the network; and selected 4G LTE for PM and to no avail... I have turned on LTE services, nothing. Not even the 3G data will work. Please help, I will appreciate the assitance if anyone is still awake Smiley Sad

@will13am oops.  For the record, while I'm in @stonechucker's camp of not being a football fan, no offense was intended. Apparently I have faulty RAM and should check myself into the nearest repair facility immediately.  Robot Mad

if changing the APN doesn't work, you may have to do a quick reset of your phone.

I think you need to change the Apn settings on your phone in order for your data to work. Please click the link below and follow the instructions.
